This is an example of our Twill Poly. This particular label is printed on cream, although we also offer a white version of the same material. You can see in the picture that there is a herringbone texture to this material. This gives labels printed on twill a natural look, while keeping a supple feel, reminiscent of cotton. The ink used on this label is Hunter Green.

This label shows our white Satin Polyester. There are two ink colors printed on this label, which is a popular option for adding some color. Satin polyester is a smooth and soft material. Two edges are woven and two are cut and sealed with our state-of-the-art sonic knife. Most of our labels are printed on satin polyester and we stock many widths and colors. This label shows a left-hand sew allowance. The ink colors are Teal (top) and Lime Green.

Another 2 color label, this is a fine example of our cream Satin Polyester. Just like the white, two edges of this material are woven and two are cut and sealed. It is available in numerous widths (width is the distance between the woven edges). The colors shown are Lime Green and Old Gold.

Here is an example of our grey Satin Polyester and shows some of the delicate designs we're able to print. Also, the woven edges are clearly visible in this picture and you can see that the cut ends are sealed with a smooth finished look. By the way, the distance between those woven edges is what we refer to as the label width. The distance between the cut edges is the label length. The colors used on this label are purple and black.

Another instance of white Satin Polyester, this label also has some different features from what we've already looked at. First, this label has a vertical orientation, meaning the woven edges are along the left and right instead of being on the top and bottom and the printed image is rotated to match. Next, the sew allowance is at the top of the label, making this what we call a hang-tag. Finally, this label is printed with 3 colors, instead of the usual one or two. We can do this with labels up to 2 inches in length. Length is the dimension between the cut edges, even with a vertical label. The colors on this label are Orange, Light Blue and Lime Green.

This is a picture of black Satin Polyester.  Gold, silver, white, grey and even lime green show up wonderfully on black material.  The process is the same as it is with other materials and colors, and the cut ends are sealed against unraveling.  This label shows an "all-around" sew allowance, which means we leave the same amount of space on all four sides.  This label is printed with gold ink.
